In this course students will deepen their understanding of Elementary level teaching, learning and evaluation processes and practices fundamental to the development of elementary students’ competencies. They will explore and construct a conceptual understanding of learning and assessment strategies and how these strategies can be built into daily practice. Drawing on Quebec curriculum guides and policies and current related research, they will develop complex learning and evaluation situations (LES/ unit plan), which will be implemented while in the practicum.
