This course will teach you to consider twelve different dimensions of social inequality in Canada from a human rights perspective. This provides profoundly sociological opportunities to consider how identity formations, history, political legislation and social structures intersect to advance or limit opportunity in Canada. Anti-racist perspectives and theories will help us navigate complexities of this theoretical terrain.
