CHM 121 is an introduction to the theories and concepts of inorganic chemistry. Thesubject matter is diverse and designed to prepare a student for higher studies in the variousareas of inorganic chemistry (eg. transition metals, p-block chemistry, theoretical inorganic,etc.). The course will stick fairly closely to the subject material covered in the main course text (Weller, Overton, Rourke and Armstrong, see above) and will cover the following subjects.
