Summary
Each semester you must agree to the Moodle Terms of Use in order to use
Moodle. This means agreeing to abide by the Canadian Copyright Act.
Each semester, when
you first login to Moodle, you will see this agreement
and you must hit YES and agree to the terms and conditions before you
are able to see your Moodle courses.
Once you agree by clicking on the yes button at the bottom, you will have access to your courses on Moodle.

Moodle Terms of Use:
Materials
made available to students on Moodle are for each student's personal
use only. It is strictly prohibited to copy, redistribute or sell
materials for use by others.
The
instructor of record and students are responsible that all materials
that they post in Moodle are in compliance with the Canadian Copyright
Act and Copibec, and that appropriate copyright permission has been
obtained, when required.
Students
who fail to honour the terms of use of Moodle are subject to the
Bishop's University policy on Student Conduct and the Academic Review
Committee for infraction of the University's policy on academic
integrity.
